Hey, I'm Dan — founder of LivePeak and a lifelong runner. For years, I struggled with shortness of breath during training, constantly hitting a wall I couldn’t push past. That frustration led me to explore breathwork and performance tools, and eventually to develop our very own breath training device — a tool that helped me improve lung capacity, control, and endurance.

But training doesn't stop at breath. Recovery plays a huge role in performance, which is why we also created the Plunge Pod — our cold therapy ice bath designed to reduce inflammation, speed up muscle repair, and build mental resilience.
